The Mindful Flexibility
Anastasias intention behind her self-practice and her teaching is to keep moving in the direction of the truest, most authentic, healthiest, and best self. Her classes are like her practice specialising in flexibility. She developed her own style combining Yoga Asana with Mobility, Flexibility, and Strength drills.
Anastasia is teaching a mindful Vinyasa Flow which includes Meditation and Asana as stable components and other components like Pranayama, Yoga Nidra, Concentration, Philosophy and other drills may vary from class to class.
